Please provide them to us in a table with track number and track title in adjacent columns. Alternatively, you may enter them in the “additional information” field under each track on the following pages.

Ensemble credits

Ensembles must be credited either as individual performers or as an ensemble name. You may choose to list ensemble members as an ensemble (e.g. Juillard String Quartet), or as individuals (e.g. Areta Zulla, Ronald Copes, Molly Carr, and Astrid Schween). Individual performers can still be credited, but as contributors rather than artists. In this case, their names will appear on the same page as the audio engineers, producers, and artwork credits, but not on the album’s main page.

When filling out the artists you wish to credit for each track, please indicate if you wish to credit the ensemble as the primary artist, or the individual performers. Keep in mind it must be consistent for the whole album. Ensembles with 8 or more members on a single track will be credited by their ensemble name.

Soloist and featured performer credits

Soloists or featured performers should be credited alongside the primary artist, even if that person is a member of the ensemble. Please make note of any soloists you wish to credit on each track.

Conductor and ensemble director credits

Conductors and ensemble directors of large ensembles such as orchestras and choirs are typically credited as primary artists. Depending on the level of artistic control an ensemble director has, you may wish to credit the individual as a primary artist. Alternatively, you may wish to credit an ensemble director as a contributor with the title of producer (if they are involved with the recording process) or creative director.

If you wish to credit an ensemble member as a primary artist, creative director, or producer, please indicate this in the track information.
